The Innovation Strategies Department conducts scientific and development research in the field of technology transfer, innovativeness and entrepreneurial development, foresight projects and innovative systems management.
The main areas of activity of the department include the following:
- systems for innovation – mechanisms and structures of knowledge transformation and technology transfer;
- trends in the area of knowledge transformation and advanced technology transfer;
- foresight projects realised at national, regional, sectoral and corporate levels, and international and transnational programmes for the support of innovation implementation;
- evaluation of strategic research programmes,
- effectiveness of scientific, R&D and implementation research realisation;
- research results commercialisation procedures.
