pikselŁukasiewicz - Institute for Sustainable Technologies in Radom (Łukasiewicz-ITeE) is the National Contact Point during this year's European Vocational Skills Week (EVSW 2020), 9-13 November 2020. In the coming weeks Łukasiewicz-ITeE will conduct a promotional campaign of this event in the social media.

EVSW has been organized by the European Commission since 2016. The theme of this year's campaign is: VET for Green and Digital Transitions in line with the Commission's 2019-2024 priorities for a green European order and Europe fit for the digital age.

Through the organization of the European Vocational Skills Week, the European Commission wants to:

  • show employers the huge benefits of investing in human resources by improving workers' skills, retraining adults, supporting education and training of young people for the future.
  • raise awareness on how vocational education and training can help young people and employees "discover their talent".
  • highlight the competitive value of VET on the labour market.

Being the National Contact Point provides an opportunity for Łukasiewicz-ITeE to promote the potential of the Łukasiewicz Research Network, the Łukasiewicz Innovatory and other events related to the training and improvement of the staff of Łukasiewicz Institutes in Europe. All those interested in registering an event are encouraged to contact: This email address is being protected from spambots.
